About Sheil's Photography -

With a aim to spread the awareness about the Art of Photography and Earnest Photography Shridhar Deshpande started Sheil's Photography in June 2009.

The objective of this venture is to inculcate the habit of using one's hobby and passion to enrich the life and use it as a means of de-stressing.

Sheil’s Photography conducts certification programmes as well as weekend intensive modules especially designed for the working community. The programmes include Basic Digital Photography Workshops, Advanced Photography Workshops, Studio Photography & Model Photography Workshops, Weekend Escapades among others. Doing photo shoots for high-quality model and fashion portfolios is also one of the activities at Sheils photography.

Apart from workshops and trainings, Sheil’s Photography is also actively involved in exploring nature and wildlife, as well as promoting different nature support groups.

Shridhar

About Shridhar -

Shridhar Deshpande is a post graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Powai, Mumbai, India. Shridhar has worked as a teacher at the Fergusson College, Pune, STB Engineering College and at the University of Pune.
Shridhar has spent nearly 17 years in the Information Technology (IT) industry. His last tenure was with one of the largest IT corporate, at a senior managerial position. Having nurtured his hobby for nearly 25 years, he decided to move out of the IT profession in May 2009 and start a full time career with his camera.
Shridhar is a faculty for photography at the School of Fashion Technology (SOFT), Pune.
He has recently won the rare honor of being invited by the prestigious National Geographic Society to post some of his work on their website.
He has been invited as a judge at many professional photography contests.
He runs his own photography setup with specific focus on teaching photography.
A certification programme designed by him has been appreciated by the University of Pune and UoP has given him the consent to run the collaborative training programme.
